Best car wash in the area amazing staff

This car wash is the worst in the area. I paid for a membership and went twice, but it left my car badly scratched. I went to cancel it and complain, and when I asked who was going to take responsibility for the damage, the guy ran off to his office like a little girl. It’s been four days and I still haven't received a refund. The guy there is a terrible person who thinks he has the best car wash, but he doesn't even wash cars properly…..

Car wash wasn’t opened on time like it says online and sign once you arrive. If services are unavailable the open sign should not be on and online should say closed. I want to go to a car wash that if it says it’s available it should be available. If anything the open sign should be off. That’s false advertising and a waste of my time.

I have never left the car wash so traumatized. I just had the worst experience in a car wash in my entire life somebody behind the car that was behind me kept stopping it because it’s automatic. I was stuck in front of the dryers. It felt like I was gonna burn alive. I was right under the heater and I can see the flames from the dryer blasting on the hood of my car. I could feel the immense heat I sat there a good three minutes yes it doesn’t sound like long but when you have those industrial sized heaters blasting right at you well not the best experience. The car wash was fine and well on the plus side my truck was dry.

This is my favorite place to visit, clean car, convenient, not overly busy. Totally helpful staff. 2.dislikes, that high short u-turn entrance & even in this weather, not posting online presence... I came here to vac and get the crap off the windows... They are closed 90 minutes before normal.
